Surbhi Ravindranath Chitre

Surbhi Chitre is a R&D Engineer at INRIA, Rennes. She is working on the integration of OpenVZ in XtreemOS.

Project Exposure: She has previously worked briefly on FFS like file system shrink utility, written the NFS server(version 2) for Minix3, developed an optimized file I/O library, worked on afterburning a Linux image for Itanium. She is interested in system level work, virtualization, grids and Linux in general.

Qualification: She did her M.S in Parallel and Distributed Computing from Vrije Universitiet, Amsterdam.(September 2006 - December 2008) She received a Bachelor of Engineer in Information Technology from University of Pune, India (June 1999 to June 2003).
